What Are My Shipping & Delivery Options  ?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party delivery service (like a CityPack, Domex, Farder Express, PromptXP, Koombiyo etc) may be responsible for shipping your products. Usually we automatically select the fastest delivery service based on shipping address.

Orders in Sri Lanka will be delivered within 3-5 working days.

We offer free expedited shipping option on all orders. which is the fastest and more secure shipping option via CityPack, Domex, Farder Express, PromptXP, Koombiyo etc.

Do You Deliver Internationally?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free Expedited shipping is valid on international orders.

Please note : We may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

International Orders: Customs, Duties and Taxes

 * All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties.
 * We ship your package “Duty and Taxes” unpaid, and we do not calculate any local taxes or duties during checkout.
 * Any fees that are due will be collected on delivery of the order.
 * Any applicable customs, import and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer.
 * Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s).
 * Taxes and fees are based on many factors, including location, material, item value, etc. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be as customs policies vary widely from country to country.

If your order does require any additional charges, they must be paid by the customer for the package to clear customs.

Are There Shipping Restrictions?

We cannot accept PO box addresses, Because most of our packages larger than PO box capacity and FedEx and UPS, ColombMail doesnt accept PO box addresses.
Please note : But this rule does not apply to some packages that are smaller in size and weight.
What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
